excellent stay at an amazing hotel

breakfast varietyexcellent servicecomfortable sunbedsinconsistent replenishment

the breakfast buffet offered great variety and fresh food. the staff, especially eleni, provided excellent service each morning. the adult only pool area had comfortable sun beds and thick towels. i found the ability to order cocktails from the sun bed using the waiter call button very convenient.

the coffee making facilities in the room were not consistently replenished. i had to request coffee milk and sugar from reception on multiple occasions. this was an inconvenience i hope is addressed.

this hotel is fine i loved the setup for families with kids there are personalized meals and special dishes the kids club is great too the hotel also caters to couples with a separate adults-only pool. breakfast was amazing with different choices every day the room service was wonderful fresh towels was in both the morning and evening. all the hotel restaurants offer great value.

I found the breakfast at this hotel average. Fried eggs did not cook properly on top. the hotel offers almost no atmosphere. I heard a pin drop at the pool. There was no entertainment available, not even in the evenings.

i stayed in a room with great sea views! the staff were friendly and efficient in reservations. breakfast offered a major point with excellent food.

the air conditioning was very old and loud so i couldn't sleep well. cleanliness in the spa was a disappointment. water glasses had a very unpleasant odor, like bad feet.
