Honestly, i dont get what people see in this place. the evening meals was a real letdown. The food, felt overly rich. i would liked to see a plainer option available. also, there wasnt any entertainment which was a downer. i was hoping for a bit more excitement, and not get bored.

i stayed in a beautiful sea view room. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the dine around experience was great, i ate twice at the asian restaurant.

The tv in my room had a terrible signal. the signal issue was the same every year. Despite having different rooms.

Some Disappointments at This Hotel

decent locationlukewarm foodunmanaged allocation

The location is decent if you dont want to be in the center. It is a short walk to the beach and shops.

There seemed to be mostly new staff and its not as good as before. The food quality at dinner was subpar and often only lukewarm. I noted several sunbeds were listed as booked yet stayed empty all day. It reminded me of some of the allocation process was not well managed.

The furniture design wasn't user friendly. It also didn't feel high quality. There were no roof fans on the dining veranda. The climate was terrible.
