i found the food at breakfast and dinner had great variety and quality. the spa provided a really nice place for relaxation. the swimming pool was lovely and i enjoyed the available sun beds. the staff members bukket and ali were helpful upon arrival and throughout my stay.
the hotel asked for payment upon arrival instead of at departure. i found this inconvenient and would have preferred the option to pay at the end of my stay. it would be great if they updated this policy.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Ali and bukket were standouts for their service. fadime from housekeeping on the 8th floor was amazing. Her cute smile. i really appreciated the great service i received .

My room was very spacious with a big and comfortable bed. the bathroom was excellent. It included a shower and a separate bathtub. the rooms were always cleaned to a high standard everyday. it was a great room overall. I felt very relaxed.

The hotel is close to the shopping street and cafes making it easy to explore. a tunnel gives direct access to the sea which is very convenient. i really liked the location. It allowed me to explore the area easily. the view of the sea was amazing.

the hotel has a great location near shops and cafes. the swimming pool was sparkling. fadme from housekeeping on the 8th floor gave a warm welcome. her friendly approach, and i do appreciate that!
i noticed a very slight delay once when requesting extra towels.

The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed. the bathroom was good. There was no water on the floor after a bath. the ac worked well in the hot weather.

The breakfast had an enormous array of selections.
The economy room I booked felt more like a 3-star experience. The room was quite small and had very little natural light. The power sockets looked old and worn (and probably are).
