The staff is always happy to offer help and advice. Housekeeping is great. Food is plentiful with wide choices from snacks to à la carte options. Vegetarian options for all religions were readily available. Guest Assistants were there to help us all the time.

Some of the floorboards around the main lagoon pool were broken. Areas desperately need revarnishing

This hotel offered a range of activities for everyone. I particularly enjoyed playing volleyball. Rana taught me how to play the game. The kids' activities were also very good. I found the food and drinks fantastic. The rooms had comfortable furnishings and the staff members were friendly. I had a lovely experience (everything was smooth).

The guest relations agent, Mahshid, was helpful. She. She were pretty good too ensure our stay was comfortable. We would love to return thanks to her attention.

The daytime entertainment team were not very visible, with little encouragement to participate in activities.

The variety and quality of the buffet meals were amazing for both breakfast and dinner. A special mention goes to the Bosphorus Restaurant, where staff greeted us with a smile every visit. Desserts were of high quality.
