The resort's layout allows easy navigation. I loved the multiple pools.. each offered a unique atmosphere. The service was excellent. Staff were great. The variety of dining options impressed me. There were multiple restaurants and a good patisserie area.

The food had excellent variety. There was something for everyone. The staff were very kind. I was impressed that the hotel washed our clothes for free because we were unaware of the prices. The pools had a good variety. Some areas were quiet, while others were more lively.
The sunbeds were often reserved early. This made them unavailable, a common issue at most hotels these days. The hotel is not very close to many places, requiring taxis for transportation. I am unsure if I would visit again because of the location.

The noise level at the evening entertainment was absurdly loud, and it made it hard to relax. It was a real issue for me.

i booked my holiday and i found many outdoor pools there. the hotel had helpful staff. i also found lots to do within the hotel premises. my whole holiday was great, i'm definitely returning next year.
i found that not all amenities were available during my autumn stay! this limited some of the experiences.

the hotel gives you a direct link to the beach. this made beach access convenient. shops were a short walk away. they were to the left, opposite, and to the right.

The hotel offered spacious rooms and staff was attentive, the cleanliness was perfect. i found the food selection good, a diverse range of flavors that catered to everyone. guest relation agent was helpful. They really were really nice too meet our needs. this trip gave me such happiness.
the main pool was very crowded, sometimes finding a lounger was hard during peak hours. it needed more space.

the outdoor pool area was acceptable, providing some relief from the heat.
I found the food selection quite repetitive. It seemed like i was eating the same meals every day and frankly, i got bored of it quickly. this limited variety made dining a bit of a chore. i really expected more diverse options.
