The central pool was nicely arranged and large. there were many different water slides appropriate for all ages. the sandy beach had only a few pebbles and featured clear water. I really appreciated this careful attention. the choices for both breakfast and dinner were delicious and comparable to what i have experienced at five-star hotels.

ibrahim and gizem in guest relations were helpful and friendly. there was always bottled water provided in the rooms. filtered water dispensers are available throughout the complex. i loved that medical assistance was available on-site 24/7.

the hotel charges extra for wifi. it would be nice if wifi access was included. this is an all inclusive hotel but only two devices are allowed per room

i loved the proximity to the beach, it was super convenient. there was always food or drink available. the hotel layout was amazing and there were enjoyable events. i appreciated that the grounds, pool, and bar areas were super clean.

the only slight issue i encountered was sometimes, depending on where i sat by the pools, it could be a little walk to get a drink.

The room included bottled water refilled daily. This was very convenient. it provided ample space with well-kept amenities. This added to the overall comfort. the air conditioning worked perfectly. This kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
