the location was decent. taxis were readily available if i wanted to leave.

The room was not what i expected. I booked a room with a sea view, but it was partially obstructed. also, the noise level was high. I could hear everything happening outside and in the neighboring rooms, difficult to sleep. the lack of soundproofing and the view issues were quite disappointing. I think i expected more.

I was greeted with such warmth, receiving a room upgrade for quietness. the housekeeping was wonderful. Salvena's unexpected display was lovely. our room provided very clean comfort and efficient air conditioning. we enjoyed the balcony, which gifted us sweet views and a sense of calm.

the bar hours could extend a little later perhaps, and branded alcohol at cocktail hour would be a good bonus.

The beach access, built into the cliff rocks, is amazing with a special charm. the sea is gorgeous and crystal clear. Every swim seemed like entering a dream. the spa has healing energy, and the treatments are soothing.

I appreciate the falcon reception team, especially humeryra and valeria, who accommodated our needs. the warmth and sincerity displayed by maryann at the spa was also greatly appreciated. She really has a go-getter energy, and i appreciated this.

the daily evening outdoor bbq provides fresh salads and an assortment of melons that taste lovely. the snack bar from 1200 gave us comfort. thursday turkish night provides a treat.

The lack of variety in available cocktails as part of the all-inclusive package was frustrating. Only five options were available and i found the quality to be subpar, furthermore, language was a barrier, since many staff members had limited english proficiency making communication unnecessarily difficult.

i liked the sea view from my balcony. i also enjoyed the variety of food options available. the hotel provided convenient access to the beach. there were always taxis available outside the hotel, this helped me to get around easily.

the evening entertainment felt a bit repetitive, this got a little dull after a few nights, and i wished there was more variety.

my room included a balcony with a clear view of the sea. a fridge was in the room, this was handy for keeping drinks cold. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day, it was well maintained throughout my stay.
