The pools were excellent. i liked that cleanliness was really good everywhere, with visible team members working all day. food choices were extensive. Even the youngest fussy eater found food. i also think that entertainment throughout the day and the evening shows are the best i've seen.
The room was okay! it was not really for a family of four. when i got into the room, the bedding was wet. It was urine, the smell was bad. i told reception, but they didn't want to help, so i went to guest relations, who were very helpful! eventually, the mattress was changed. there was cat poo in the kids restaurant on one of the seats, which my kids nearly sat on.

the hotel offers many pools for kids with really good slides. the food selection suited my taste and the staff were helpful. the maldives area was relaxing and the wizard cocktail bar provided interesting drinks. rooms included a fridge stocked daily with refreshments and it was very convenient.
the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled, making the rooms a bit warm at night.

the room i stayed in included a double bed and a separate sofa bed. housekeeping services cleaned it daily and restocked the minibar, so it was very convenient to have cool drinks available at any time.

the room was clean and big. it had enough space and a good air conditioner. the fridge was restocked everyday with juice and water.
