I enjoyed the premises by the sea. It felt spacious and clean! the restaurants presented world-class international cuisine. I found the staff helpful and attentive. i was always addressed by name, that was so personalized! perfection is certainly a goal here.

The minibar did not include alcohol, which wasn't ideal. It would have been nice to have that convenience in the room. though the service was good, i think it could have been faster at times.

sea view large selection unfriendly staff slow service

I appreciated the sea view from my room. The hotel breakfast included a large selection of foods. The hotel has different restaurants that offer many options and a complementary mini bar was available in the room. It was a nice touch and I enjoyed my stay a lot.

The staff was sometimes unfriendly and pretentious. The service was slow at times . My friends were given an upgrade and I was not. This was rude I think and the children were running around the pool.

unfriendly reception unfulfilled requests

The service in the lobby bar left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to guests! also, i found the reception and guest relations to be somewhat unfriendly and inefficient. several requests i made were never actually fulfilled. i waited over half an hour at check-in, even though i arrived right on time.
