The fitness center has a good range of equipment. I noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room had two separate sinks. The balcony was a nice space (i used it every evening).

i appreciated the early check-in option (very useful after a long flight) and the late check-out. the cleanliness was notable. i want to specially thank mr ali said and mr hasem, they were very attentive to my needs.

the gym was a bit small, it only had two treadmills.

i found this hotel very charming. rooms were spacious, very clean and had a modern design. my room was a beautiful room and had a lovely pool view. the bed felt very comfortable.

the posh club felt overrated. i found the service was not worth the money i spent. also the transportation on the resort was bad. i often waited over 15 minutes for a buggy to get around and i had to walk a lot with my kids under the sun.

I experienced lovely and peaceful atmosphere with amazing views! The entire staff is friendly and helpful! They included the cleaning room team, drivers, bartenders, waiters, butlers, and managers! I was impressed with the varied and nicely displayed food in all restaurants!

The main pool was overcrowded and noisy. I noticed late-night parties disturbing sleep, and this occurred even in back-row rooms. Some pool areas had rowdy teenagers. I felt this made it uncomfortable for families.

The staff was genuinely attentive and were really nice too ensure every need was met with efficiency. From the reception to the dining areas, their warmth created a cute atmosphere. I really felt they delivered great service.

The rooms were spacious and clean with nice decorations. The cleaning team did a beautiful job and maintained the room well. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful creating a cute atmosphere. Animators at the resort engaged my child making her experience fantastic.

The animation team asked multiple times daily about my stay. This constant questioning became quite annoying. It was smothering.

The food at the Mazouka restaurant included a wide variety of tasty dishes that catered to many tastes. The Clove restaurant offered clean facilities including very tidy spaces for diners. It was a pleasant environment for enjoying meals.

The butler service provided prompt support and fulfilled requests efficiently. El Sayed, Isaac, and Mahmoud at the PC bar were very good too assist with needs. All staff were very cute ensuring all needs were met effectively.
