the room was super clean with excellent staff. the quiet pool area was relaxing. lots of sunbeds were available. the hotel guys were constantly cleaning and kept it well maintained.
the location was not good. there was nowhere for an evening stroll. towels were put on sunbeds at both pools. you needed to be early to get one. it became a free-for-all on the way back.

i found the staff to be excellent and very hardworking! the animation team really engaged with guests. the regular buses to the beaches and evening trips to nearby attractions were useful!
i found the air conditioning to be inadequate, it struggled to cool the room effectively. this made sleeping slightly difficult at times, especially during the hottest parts of the day.

Front desk staff provided very helpful service. They promptly addressed inquiries. restaurant staff were attentive and efficient during meal times. i observed consistent and friendly interactions throughout the hotel.

the room included a double bed and a separate seating area. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided basic toiletries. the room had a balcony with a view of the pool.

there were three outdoor pools, one specifically for children. i saw a well-equipped gym with treadmills and weights. the hotel included a spa, but i didn't use it.

the buffet restaurant served a wide variety of international cuisines. i saw a separate pizza station available during lunch hours. there were several bars near the pool area, though the drinks were very generic.

the hotel offered a free shuttle to both a sandy beach and a coral beach. the drive to the airport took approximately fifteen minutes. the hotel is a short taxi ride from local markets! though, the parking was expensive.

really charmed by this great hotel

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff were helpful and friendly the rooms were clean and the grounds were immaculate the hotel provided round trips throughout the day to both beaches which were very organized and on time i found the location perfect and close to vital areas
the bedding in my room showed some wear i noticed slight bobbling and a few old stains it definitely could benefit from an upgrade but it wasn't too disturbing

the receptionists were kind to all guests no matter where they were from the animation team had many activities throughout the day the cleaning service cleaned daily ensuring a pristine experience for everyone staying here

the breakfast had a nice variety offering something for everyone to enjoy the hotel had an indian restaurant offering spicy tasteful plates the mongolian and curry dishes are a special mention as they were amazing
