really good service and great facilities
excellent attentiveness excellent snorkeling
the staff displayed excellent attentiveness and readiness to assist , always with a smile. the bar staff, waiters, and housekeeping team all contributed to a positive experience. the location is great with excellent snorkeling opportunities directly accessible from the beach.
i encountered an issue with the minibar. this was a slight inconvenience, as i expected basic refreshments to be available upon arrival.

the hotel features numerous swimming pools , providing ample space for swimming and relaxation. there is also a beach readily accessible , offering a scenic view and direct access to the sea.

Excellent Stay at the Oasis
spacious room clean room fantastic beach
The hotel layout allows for easy access to food from 7 AM until midnight. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The beach is fantastic. It is easy to snorkel off the jetty.

well kept pools beautiful grounds amazing curry poor info sugary syrups poor cocktail menu
I found several great things. The pools were well kept. The grounds are really beautiful. the curry in the a la carte restaurant was amazing.
Some things were less excellent. The reception staff did not give much info at check-in. The cocktail menu is seriously poor. the cocktail menu is seriously poor, I didn't like the sugary syrups they used.

A balanced view
attentive staff friendly animation team decommissioned slides unclean pool
The staff here are so attentive. Romani at the beach was always ensuring everyone had refreshments and stayed hydrated. The animation team was friendly (i especially liked the shows!).
The aqua park proved disappointing. Many of the slides were out of service (more than half), so there were only five operational. The aqua park pool had floating debris, it was really unclean.

efficient resolution really good attentiveness great kindness
I appreciated the swift resolution provided by guenda at reception. She addressed our initial issues efficiently. atef in the restaurant treated us with really good attentiveness, always polite. mohamed showed great kindness toward our children. They really liked him. mina at the pool bar provided excellent service, always smiling.
The beach got crowded after 10 am. Finding a good spot became difficult. it was still a nice place however. security for kids on the beach and in the pools was great.

The resort has many pools. Each provides a relaxing atmosphere. beach access included convenient towel service. the grounds feature beautifully designed streets with excellent night lighting. It is like a cute village.

the room included comfortable beds suitable for families. daily cleaning services kept everything tidy. the air conditioning maintained a consistent temperature providing a comfortable environment.
