The hotel location is convenient, being just a short drive from the airport (around 25 minutes). Reception staff were very efficient, quickly preparing a room upon my arrival. I found the food options quite diverse, with a good variety (i especially liked the barbecue).
The furniture in my room looked slightly dated (but it was functional).

The reef for snorkeling was fantastic! They accommodated my room location request. My room was great. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The pool was lovely and large.
The furniture in the rooms was a little old. It needs some maintenance. Access to the sea was difficult as the entrance areas were not very suitable.

This place rocks!

I arrived and the reception was super fast. Mohamed at reception was awesome! The hotel has a bazaar just a few steps away for all needs. The beach had lifeguards and Ibrahim was the best. I really liked the beach bar because it made getting drinks super easy.
The gym only had a few working machines.

The reception staff are friendly, with Mohamed being great and speaking perfect English. Staff maintained cleanliness and supplied needs. The bartenders mix really good cocktails.

The food was tasty and offered variety.
The receptionist, Khaled, wasn't professional at all and was pretty aggressive when I asked for a wake-up call, I felt he just wanted me to check out quickly. Even though I was ready to pay for a late checkout, he never mentioned the charges!

the staff was very kind, always trying to. the food was very good! beach and swimming pool were also well maintained. mr fotoh at the reception was helpful, and i appreciated ahmed and mr hamada in the restaurant for their excellent service.
The hotel grounds were lovely. I noticed they are not kept to the highest standard i have seen at other hotels. this was a very slight downside, but did not impact my stay significantly.

the standard room garden view included a comfortable bed and functioning air conditioning. i also had a tv with several channels available, although i did not spend much time watching it. the room was cleaned daily.

the main restaurant provided a variety of options, including traditional egyptian foods. the food was AMAZING!!! fresh vegetables were plentiful, and i could always find something i enjoyed. the chef made sure i was well taken care of.
