he prepared the room with small touches. the food was AMAZING!!!
The drinks at the bar were expensive. Beers cost £13 for a draught, and an americano was £6.

cleaning service attention to detail unmanned towel stands unfriendly staff
The cleaning service was really good I really appreciate the attention to detail. Our suite was very spacious and very clean too it was great.
I found it hard to get towels or water at the pool the towel stands were often unmanned. Some staff were not very friendly they did not.

the breakfast buffet at al lwan was excellent. i appreciated the wide variety of options, from fresh pastries to local delicacies. the staff kept everything well-stocked and the omelet station was quick and efficient (a real plus for a hungry traveler like me).
i noticed some areas near the beach needed more frequent cleaning.
