fresh fruit fitness center

the breakfast had excellent variety and quality i especially liked the fresh fruit selection it included mangoes and berries i also found the fitness center well-equipped with several machines it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes

the hotel felt very busy overall this impacted the general service

nice experience

equipped fitness center prompt room service

the fitness center was well equipped i found this refreshing before enjoying the evening the room service was prompt even fulfilling requests in the early hours the hotel is close to porto arabia and medina centrale so exploring was convenient

the sun-beds by the pool were limited you had to be there early to get a spot i could not leave to get food or they would take the bed they would not move beds to accommodate my family if there was a few of us

the suite included a balcony i found the space very comfortable to relax with my family there was ample space to move around and enjoy the view the furnishings were tasteful and well maintained.

the hotel has a private beach that provided a nice escape the kids club offered activities that kept my children entertained for hours i enjoyed the outdoor pool where i could relax in the sun the spa looked amazing.

efficient check-in detailed explanation

I appreciated the quick check-in process. Kashif was efficient. he showed me the room and explained everything in detail. he even booked a spa massage for me. I found that helpful.

The wi-fi was slow. This made it difficult to stream videos. i had to rely on my mobile data more than i wanted to. It was a bit annoying.

inconsistent service unresponsive staff

the room was spacious this was acceptable.

i found the service inconsistent i had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities such as towels the staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive requests took excessive time this negatively impacted my experience.

excellent service great addition

The staff provided excellent service, from check-in to attentiveness. widad were really good, provided coloring books for my kids. the swimming pool was a great addition to the stay. I loved spending time there every day. mohammed at the front door was always polite and friendly.
