I appreciated the very kind and helpful staff, especially Jouise and Ira. Their service was excellent. The room was clean, a great advantage. The location is convenient because it is close to a metro station and the airport. I found the free shuttle bus service very helpful.
I found that the room was lacking some essential items. Specifically, I noticed a shortage of towels.

The staff was REALLY attentive. Aldeen and Faizel were helpful. The team is good and I AM thankful to ALL, rooms are friendly and I would CHOOSE this hotel EVERY time.
The walls seemed thin. I COULD hear people talking in other rooms and the corridor. The pool area ONLY got sunny early in the morning. Towels didn't ALWAYS look clean.

the room was large with a working desk it was easy to get work done i found the bed quite big the bathroom was large as well strong water pressure was available plus hot water was fast.
the lights in my room felt too dim it made things a little difficult to see i would have liked brighter lighting.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I found ample storage space for luggage and personal items. The bathroom was clean. The staff members were helpful, especially with directions to nearby attractions. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the airport, which I found quite convenient.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours! Though there were available cardio machines.

Inconsistent experience. Needs improvement
chilly omelette
I found some issues . the service could have been better. i ordered an omelette. The chef forgot about it, then made one with too many green chillies. i showed it to the executive chef who apologized. He offered a new one, but my breakfast was over.
