the room was always clean, thanks to generous for her housekeeping.
The ac did not work well, so the room felt humid. The bedding was damp and had a bad odor. it seemed like the bedding was not fully dried before it was put on the bed, which led to undesirable results. I found this unacceptable and expected better.

the housekeeping was very consistent! our room stayed perfectly clean and always well supplied, easy to focus on work. the hotel's city-center location is ideal. the suites were genuinely excellent, quiet, and well set up for getting things done.
I found that the restaurant choices for lunch were limited, and the general food quality in all the restaurants was low. cigarette smoke smell lingered around all the facility, even in the bedroom. the ac was too high in all of the hotel! no outdoor options were available. Even the only outdoor option (amaru) had ac.
