A Stay with Some Trade-offs
good food amazing staff
Luciano's food was really good. I had calamari, ribeye steak with mash, and chocolate fondant. The staff was amazing. Muhammed and Zoems were great.
It could be heard at night too. The noise was difficult to block out even with noise-canceling headphones.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!
clean room horizon pool perfect staff
The room was clean and always well-organized. The pool area features a lovely horizon pool, it looks beautiful. The buffet had a very nice selection. All staff were perfect!

The staff in the Club Lounge were always very friendly and hospitable. They constantly, I appreciated that kind attitude a lot.

The breakfast offered a great selection, it was very rich and well-balanced. I especially enjoyed the Grand Club and its cozy atmosphere, it gave us a great view from the 25th floor.

friendly waiters amazing service
The service at the restaurants was very friendly. Rifat and Uzair provided consistently amazing service at Luciano's.
There was a slight issue with the hotel's older decor.
