The hotel location is FANTASTIC. A mosque, shopping mall, and beach are nearby. The operator Ruby offered professional assistance. She asked the right questions with a smile.
The cleanliness of my room felt off. The sheets had a foul smell.

The room had a very spacious layout. It was excellent. I also noticed the soundproofing was effective. I could not hear outside noise.
I did spot some slight stains on the carpet. but, they were minor.

i found the staff very attentive. Kharl at the concierge desk was helpful. susma the housekeeper ensures every detail is noticed, everything super clean, and perfectly organized. the team ensures a positive experience.
