The buffet restaurant was quite disappointing. The food selection felt repetitive, and much of it was not warm enough. The entertainment options were also limited. It mainly consisted of a DJ or singers on alternating nights, which got repetitive after a few days.

i had a room with a great view from my balcony. the hotel offered nice on-site beach areas and pools as well.
the service at this hotel felt disorganized and chaotic. i checked in at 2pm. i was told that i could not check in before 3pm even though i had called days in advance and they agreed to an early check in, i found it rather annoying.

I liked that the staff was attentive. Frank secured us pool loungers near the sea. the supervisor at the pool food truck, jitesh, passionately catered to our needs and my children's requests, always smiling. udara offered invaluable help when my daughter broke her arm. my farmhouse dining was great thanks to johnson and kiki. everything was excellent.

The staff were very helpful. Farouk arranged my anniversary surprise. Ramesh and Alexander looked after my 9-month-old son with his food.
The family pool is in the shade. It is located near the hotel, away from the kids club. The website stated the ultimate family-friendly all-inclusive hotel. It wasn't.

i loved the multiple pools. they provided ample space for both relaxation and recreation for everyone. the beach access was great! it allowed easy enjoyment of the beautiful coastline. i found the service really good. the staff addressed all my needs promptly and efficiently.
the gym got a bit crowded during peak hours. but i still managed my workout just fine.

the two-bedroom family room was very spacious and well-appointed! it included a comfortable living area and modern amenities. this arrangement provided more than enough space for the whole family. the separate bedrooms assured privacy and quiet.
