underwhelming stay at this hotel
loud music ripped sunbeds
the location was okay , with restaurants and bars nearby.
I was pretty disappointed with the nightclub on the top floor , which played loud music until 3 am. it vibrated the entire building. also , the breakfast was a letdown , probably the worst i've had in a while. finally, it seemed there weren't enough sunbeds by the beach or pool. I had to wait up to two hours , and the ones available were worn out and ripped.

Seafront Serenity
private beach superb option
I appreciated the private beach with available towels, sunbeds, and umbrellas. The breakfast options were superb with many choices.
The music from the nearby bar was very loud at night. It disturbed sleep in rooms close to it and the bar closed late.

i adored the room service, it was prompt and efficient. i found the private beach access a lovely convenience, it offered a tranquil escape. i also liked the on-site restaurants, they served diverse cuisines, catering to various tastes..
i encountered a slight delay during check-in, the process was a bit slow. more staff could improve the efficiency.

loud music late cleaning
My room was near a disco, i experienced loud music until late. sleeping became difficult because of the noise i wanted peace and quiet but this was not possible. cleaning occurred late at 5 p.m.. Staff entered the room immediately after knocking once. returning with my children is out of question now.

Really good Stay
accommodating staff complimentary rooftop great attitude
The staff was very accommodating. Lilly even organized dinner on the house and a complimentary rooftop visit, which I greatly appreciated. Emmerson, the housekeeping guy, was nice and polite. He clearly knows his job well and has a great attitude. I found him to be very professional and attentive.

The hotel features a private beach area with direct access and a large swimming pool that offers shaded sections . The gym is well-equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes (a nice touch). Restaurants and bars are conveniently located nearby.

My King Room Sea View had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. The room size was generous, and the air conditioning worked effectively to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bed was very comfortable indeed.

private beach super efficient housekeeper
The private beach had great service and towel availability. The hotel included a convenient 15-minute walk to the City Centre Mall and metro access. I also found the room spacious. The housekeeper was super efficient.
The nightclub music next door was audible even on the 22nd floor!
