My room was near a disco, i experienced loud music until late. sleeping became difficult because of the noise i wanted peace and quiet but this was not possible. cleaning occurred late at 5 p.m.. Staff entered the room immediately after knocking once. returning with my children is out of question now.

The staff was very accommodating. Lilly even organized dinner on the house and a complimentary rooftop visit, which I greatly appreciated. Emmerson, the housekeeping guy, was nice and polite. He clearly knows his job well and has a great attitude. I found him to be very professional and attentive.
