long delay incorrect room

The housekeeping team kept the communal areas clean. Nazeer from laundry services provided an immaculate service.

I had a disappointing check-in experience. I was supposed to receive my room at the scheduled time, but I had to wait for two extra hours. The delay occurred because the hotel did not have the exact room I requested. The hotel should have been better prepared for my arrival.

staff warmth creative towel pool staff

we had the most amazing time. the staff's warmth. the pool staff helped with towels and chairs (always smiling!). housekeeping left creative towel figures each day. it was thoughtful.

the entertainment could be improved around the poolside. a bit more activity in the evenings would add value.

helpful staff clean rooms great service uninterested reception price issue poor attention

the housekeeping staff was very helpful. they kept the rooms very clean. nazeer from laundry services was great. he collected and delivered laundry daily.

the reception was not very interested in helping me check out. they moved me from one person to another. raichel at reception was playing with prices. the price jumped from 1600 to 1800qr in minutes.
