ms. suha at check-in provided great guidance about the hotel facilities. room services were well-equipped and perfectly executed. ismail assisted with check-out and provided excellent service. i anticipate my next visit here.
I experienced noise in the room due to traffic. The room did not have sufficient soundproofing. this made it difficult to sleep soundly at times. perhaps better insulation or quieter room locations would help.

i was disappointed that there was no conditioner provided in the room. there was only one bathrobe, not two. i also noticed no recognition of my bonvoy gold elite status, a big letdown.

I had a wonderful experience! the Whatever and Whenever team was awesome. Every request was handled with care and a positive attitude. suha at the front desk showed such kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. the vibrant, stylish atmosphere perfectly reflects the brand, great!

the gym offers a variety of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights, so i could keep up with my routine. the pool area features comfortable loungers and umbrellas offering a relaxing atmosphere during the day. also, there's a spa that provides massages.

the staff always greeted guests with smiles and were quick to assist with requests, i noticed. concierge services are available 24/7, great. also, the hotel offers a turndown service in the evenings, a nice touch, though the room was never serviced at the precise time promised.

the location was convenient. it provided easy access to nearby attractions, i found that helpful. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. i did appreciate the different choices available each morning. the gym had modern equipment, and i used it daily.
my room faced the street and i experienced traffic noise. it did disturb my sleep a couple of times. the minibar wasn't consistently restocked, and i had to request refills.

Oh my gosh, the room was really fantastic! I selected a cool Superior King Room High Floor and the space it provided was generous. I found the location super strategic near the City Centre shopping mall!
One minor thing occurred . I did note the Arabic woman at reception on May 22nd around 2pm. She was a little unattentive.
