Wonderful Experience at a Great Location
helpful staff beautiful view
I appreciated the helpfulness of Rodney at the reception during check-in. He and his team decorated our room for our honeymoon, including a late check-out. The room had a beautiful sea view from a high floor.
I also noted dust on the wood backboard above the bed and around the wall.

The room was large with a spacious bathroom , and it was very clean. The king bed offered a comfortable night's sleep , and the sea view from the high floor enhanced my stay.

Staff members , like Ozlem , were helpful and friendly at check-in and check-out. The team also assisted us with directions , showing great care for my needs.

A Truly Cute Stay
friendly staff international options
The staff were wonderfully friendly. Rhodney was amazing upon my late arrival, remaining friendly and polite. Check-in was fast. Breakfast had great variety with local and international options. Restaurant staff were also excellent, ensuring I was well looked after. Ibitssam introduced herself and offered coffee or tea.
I was sad because I couldn't swim there.

helpful staff arabic options amazing break
The staff was helpful and spoke english well. breakfast was a mix of styles, i found arabic options. the room was nice. It made for an amazing break.
the hallways had an awful smell and the shower also smelled terrible! no one was available to take our luggage to our room and i had to carry it myself.

The l2 restaurant offers a range of breakfast options. The team took an interest in making my stay special. khalid and the kitchen team advised us on places to visit. It was a lovely experience. the breakfast hours are from 6:30 am to 10:30 am daily.

My room was on the 8th floor with skyline and sea views. It was fantastic. the room featured a king-sized bed, a work desk, and a seating area. the bathroom included a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. i found the bed very comfortable though the parking was expensive!
