The staff were helpful and polite. They consistently were really nice too. mr jordian joseph, head of front office, was very cute. he ensured every detail was really good and personally drove my daughter to the hotel clinic when she felt unwell. mr ahmed radwan, head of the restaurant, provided a delicious, specially prepared dinner. It was lovely!!!

the music at the main pool was loud from 10am until 4pm. it was difficult to relax on the balcony or in my room, even with the doors closed.

the resort is large, it took me a couple of days to find my bearings. the main building includes reception, shops, an atm, restaurants, and bars plus some accommodation. there is also a large pool and sun area.

a wonderful stay in a tender place

I was given an early check-in. It was a superb start to my stay. the food was both delicious and diverse. the animation team was genuinely engaging. It drew me into activities. there is a sandy beach and a pier for diving, where i could explore the coral reef and spot fish.

The music played by the main pool speakers was loud, from 10am until 4pm. it made relaxation on the balcony or even in the room difficult, even with the doors closed. i twice asked for the music to be turned down but i was ignored. It was not relaxing.

the room was quite spacious. i had a room with a sea view. there was also a very helpful room attendant, mahmoud gamal. he made cute towels on the bed.

the hotel starts blasting out party music from speakers by the main pool from 10 am until 4 pm. it is so loud. it is inescapable on the balcony or even in the room with the doors closed. i asked for the music to be turned down a little and i was ignored.
