I stayed in a spacious room near the kids' pool with slides. the room included a king-size bed and two separate double beds. ahmad, the room cleaner, always made us laugh. I even had a personal joke with him. lifeguards were always friendly! the pool bar staff kept the drinks flowing, especially mahamed at the kids' pool.

the hotel features direct access to the beach and a jetty for snorkeling. the coral reef is easily accessible from the jetty. it is great to have these options close at hand.

The staff were always smiling and happy to help! the all-inclusive formula meant everything was included all day. I found it stress-free. the waiters remembered our favourite drinks, a lovely touch. it made for a relaxed atmosphere.

There are multiple pools available. i did not feel like i was at a large resort. the beach had shallow, crystal-clear water. It was ideal. it worked very well.

I felt disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The jacuzzi in the room was not working for a day and a half. I asked several times for it to be fixed. Also the fridge was not cold enough. I needed it to keep some items cool.

the gym had various equipment. i saw treadmills and stationary bikes there. i found a diving center at the hotel. it seemed very professional and safe. the reception desk was very attentive. they regularly checked if i enjoyed my stay.
the food tasted bland , and everything tasted the same. i got food poisoning on my second day , but the resort doctor did not help. they wanted to check my health when i was so weak. staff did not inform me about all the hotel facilities.

The pools were very clean. I appreciated the accessible sea and the beautiful wildlife around the greenery! The staff were all helpful. Samar welcomed us warmly at meals. The housekeeping staff remained attentive. Furry animals greeted and hugged children, so the atmosphere was friendly.
The hard mattresses in the rooms need updating. I found it difficult to get comfortable.

The Beautiful Room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It felt luxurious! The room was cleaned every day. The staff replaced towels and linens regularly. Air conditioning ensured the space remained cool. It made for a comfortable environment.

The restaurant staff provided prompt, polite service and met all requests with a smile. I found the pool staff very attentive and quick to offer assistance. They kept the area tidy. The reception staff were helpful with check-in and check-out services!

i appreciated the various à la carte dining choices. it gave me the chance to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and full service each evening. the all-inclusive package included everything i needed with no extra costs. this.
the gym personal trainer did not meet my expectations. i was looking for a more personalized fitness plan. this would have enhanced my workout experience.
