A Wonderful Holiday Experience

The hotel features six connected swimming pools and a big private beach with many spaced umbrellas. We found two buffet restaurants open for all-inclusive breakfast and lunch. There are three additional restaurants and multiple bars. I enjoyed access to sport courts and a free gym.
The gym was small. I felt the air conditioning was insufficient. It seemed like a sauna. I think it could use an upgrade.

The resort offers a variety of dining experiences. I enjoyed two buffet restaurants available for breakfast and lunch. A beach bar provided convenient refreshments. A special dinner every Monday added a touch of variety to the dining options.

The staff was attentive to guests. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned and well-kept, this met our needs. Lifeguards, Yehia and Mohamed, were careful and kept a close watch on the kids at the pool. Doaa provided us with wonderful support .

Our double bed room was very spacious. The room included garden and pool view. I think it was very clean. The room was comfortable and well-appointed.

The beach with coral reef was acceptable.
The reception staff did not seem helpful at all. I called for assistance with the room safe multiple times, but nobody came even after a 20 minute wait. the mini-fridge was dirty with no beverages.

the staff was kind and helpful. doaa from guest relations helped us a lot. she upgraded our room, helped us with a late checkout and even provided some food for my baby. the resort was close to the beach and had multiple pools suitable for various age groups.

our beautiful room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beds included premium bedding , and we had a balcony with comfortable seating for two people. the room also featured a mini-fridge.

the hotel includes five distinct swimming pools , with one specifically designed for children. a well-equipped gym is present , it has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa offers massage packages at reasonable prices.

the animation team provided many activities throughout the day, keeping guests entertained.
I encountered several issues. the food quality needs improvement. It became repetitive. furthermore, the room furniture was dated and worn (this affected the overall experience).
