the food at the main restaurant had a great taste all the time. mr sobhy met us and he facilitated our stay to the maximum he is a true manager.
the hotel lacked branded alcohol i have never experienced that before. the beer was like water my husband stopped drinking it

honestly, i was a bit underwhelmed. the pool bar was closed (which was a bummer). the restaurants, while plentiful, weren't exactly gourmet. i mean, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't really five-star either. i really wanted a decent burger, but it was hard to find. also, the coffee shop has weird hours (opens at 4 pm, seriously?).

our check-in was smooth (they let us have dinner first!). the staff were really good. eslam remembered our drinks daily. abdullah even surprised me with towel art for my birthday. i found the food very nice with options everyday.
The gym was a bit small. I reminded me of there could have been more equipment for a hotel of this size.

Not Quite the 5-Star Experience Expected
lacking communicationrepeated delays
I found a few things disappointing . The communication at check-in was LACKING. We did not receive much information initially. I had to figure out where everything was on my own since they did not provide a map. I also had repeated delays getting beach towels, even after asking reception and housekeeping multiple times.
