helpful staff comfortable room polite staff poor service strange charging small hotel

The room cleaner was excellent he did so much for me. The room was super clean it was also comfortable. The reception staff were courteous they were jovial and very helpful.

Food service at the bars and with the food hall was poor. I found charging for the minibar strange especially in an all-inclusive hotel.

bad cocktails mediocre food

the cocktails at the beach bar left much to be desired i must say. the bartenders clearly need a crash course in mixology since my margarita tasted like watery disappointment. cleanliness was also an issue since the towels smelled a bit stale. i noticed a fair amount of grime in corners. food at this hotel? not really 5-star. i would call it something else. there was really little selection and it mostly reminded me of some canteen food.

the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. the main restaurant had a great variety of food, so there was always something i liked. the staff members were attentive, especially at the beach bar (they always made sure i had a drink!).

the gym had limited equipment, made workouts difficult. the evening entertainment was repetitive and not very engaging. the sunbeds by the pool were reserved early, so it was hard to get one (even if i woke up early!).

i am grateful for the attentive service throughout my stay the staff consistently provided prompt assistance i found the poolside service particularly excellent the team delivered refreshing drinks and snacks directly to my lounger i appreciated the hotel grounds which were kept immaculate i also liked the easily accessible beach with soft sand and clear water.

the gym equipment felt a bit outdated.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Staff

thorough cleaning helpful attendant good food

The room cleaning was very thorough. Our room attendant gave us everything we needed. I also enjoyed the food at Ali Baba restaurant, it tasted great.
