The beach staff, Saleem and Rashid, were particularly helpful. Yohan and Vishal from the room dining team were attentive to food allergies. The amount of sunbeds available on the beach was adequate.

slow service hot water

the service was slow, especially at the beach. i had to ask multiple times for assistance. breakfast also involved queuing, and requests for cutlery or a baby seat were often delayed. the pools seemed small for the number of guests and sometimes the water was too hot.

The hotel sits directly on the beach, and i admired the expansive view! the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is attentive and lovely. i particularly appreciated florian, the manager, for upgrading us to a suite upon arrival since we had young children. jonathan from the white restaurant ensured everything was perfect for us. herra from housekeeping made my son's birthday nice with thoughtful arrangements in the room

the adults-only pool was shaded for a significant part of the day. considering the price, i was a little surprised by the additional charges for breakfast and the padel courts. it was like some amenities should have been included given the overall cost
