the gym was decent. it had enough equipment for a basic workout.

the service was spotty at best. it seemed like SOME staff were actively trying to avoid eye contact. my room thermostat DID NOT WORK. engineering came, but it was still STUCK at 21c despite their efforts, management capped it.

the valet service was a mess it took forever to get my car. there was always a long queue and the staff seemed overwhelmed. also the pool closed too early at 10 pm. i expect a hotel of this level to have a pool open later than that its frustrating

I love how close the hotel is to the mall. i also appreciate the ample space around the pools. They are never super busy, fantastic. the pools is amazing. the facilities rocks!

The valet parking can get busy at times. I had to wait a while once.

i found a great cleanliness throughout entire hotel with elegant touches. It felt GOOD to be there and the seaview rooms had good view. The room is comfortable, with soothing decor and luxurious bathroom with exclusive amenities.

The hotel room included many amenities. There were tons of dining options since the hotel is attached to the mall. The washrooms were well equipped.

The reception area reminded me of a packed train station. There were few sofas. I found myself in crowded restaurants and retail areas when exiting to the mall through a small corridor.
