the service was excellent. the staff ferried us around in buggies and kept the loungers nice. i also found the concierge very responsive and helpful, which i appreciated. lakshan, azan, wissam, and delia in food service deserve special mention!
i didn't like that talabat wasn't allowed, and the peacocks were very noisy. it was a bit hard to sleep well.

i found great facilities and cleanliness excellent. it was a relaxed weekend spent with family. the well-kept grounds and gardens provided picturesque views. readily available pool towels added convenience near the heated pools and beachfront.
i noticed some minor issues like the distance to the city center, making it less ideal for frequent trips.

the resort is about a 35 to 40-minute taxi ride from the city. it suited me well because i wanted to relax away from the city's hustle. the distance allows for a quiet, secluded atmosphere.

The breakfast service was very good. Chef Madan made special food for our kids and the best Nutella crepes ever, that was great. Tarun always checked on us while we were eating to see if we needed something. He proactively provided wipes when the kids got messy, so helpful!

long wait time
The level of service wasn't consistent. i had to wait 40 minutes for a buggy one time. Later i waited another 15 minutes at the restaurant. i hate waiting. It's so boring.
