I appreciated the beautiful setting. Mountains created a lovely backdrop. the beach was very nice. It felt private. i found the breakfast buffet at al kiran restaurant amazing!!! it had many options for everyone. the gym had a nice view. I enjoyed the tennis and paddle courts.
The balcony needed some upkeep. It was dusty.

I stayed for several nights and everything was amazing! i loved the perfect padel and tennis courts. the breakfast buffet had great service from kumdankumar, shivam, and manula. Thank you for everything! the hotel location between the mountains and the gulf was a real paradise.

underwhelming experience
ineffective aclacking amenities
I have been a loyal guest to this place since 1988. after the change in management and refurbishment i noticed a decline in service. the refurbished furniture does not reflect elegance or comfort i expected from a five-star hotel. the attention to detail seems diminished and the basic amenities were lacking. the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. I was unable to reduce the temperature below 22°c.
