east meets west, a charmed visit

friendly staffocean viewdifficult entrance

i found the staff friendly upon arrival they quickly addressed our anniversary cake request i booked several tours through the hotel and appreciated the well-planned itineraries the ocean view from our room was a real highlight the hotel provided a good cake complementing our special occasion. it was a charming detail. the hotel location was convenient for evening strolls and morning runs i found the decor had a wonderful middle eastern flair. the staff moved our room smoothly.

the main entrance was difficult to find upon arrival this resulted in some initial confusion to the hotel i was directed i found the navigation challenging and it took some time to locate the correct entry point.

the hotel has different restaurant options which is convenient yannick the bar manager is awesome the full breakfast selection includes a lot of options plus eggs cooked to order fresh beetroot juice is a nice touch.

the rooms are spacious and the balcony is perfect for enjoying views of the pool and sea the beds are comfortable and feature nice mattresses room cleanliness was immaculate throughout my stay the air conditioning was quiet. i didn't notice it at all.

I appreciated the big rooms. They were very comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety of choices. The hotel is located across from a lovely beach. I found the water to be beautifully warm. Neville at reception was a friendly face. I appreciated the warm welcome.

The hotel appears slightly dated. It is time for a refurbishment to maintain a modern ambience.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. i particularly enjoyed the direct beach access from the hotel. the location near the city center made getting around easy too.

the sauna in the ladies' area was not functioning correctly .
