The hotel location was convenient. It provided easy access to nearby attractions. the queen bed premium room balcony provided a nice view. my room was spacious and clean, a plus. the breakfast buffet offered great variety and quality, and i enjoyed it very much.

Check-in was problematic. I arrived after the stated check-in time and was told my room was not ready. There was no offer of a drink during the wait. It took nearly 45 minutes to sort an alternative. My key was deactivated prematurely the following day. This caused another delay at reception, requiring intervention from the concierge.

Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel facilities included many dining options. I especially enjoyed the pool. It was large and well-kept. Breakfast had so many choices!!!

The pool provides warm water and ample sunbeds. Access to the beach proves secure and direct. The duty manager offered an upgrade and late check out, which changed my experience completely. Ankur provided perfect service and recommendations for food and drinks.

Check-in was somewhat slow, and required a bit of a queue. There weren't plenty of seating in the lobby.
