Fantastic stay with attentive staff!

The check-in process was smooth. The staff, I found, were very friendly and professional. The room was a standard size, yet very clean and well-equipped. The beds and pillows were super comfy and I slept very well. I must say waking up to the ocean and the sound of the waves was amazing.

Everything from sun loungers, I found, didn't work. Balcony chairs felt uncomfortable. The lunch and evening buffet seemed terrible. Rooms was tired. I even noticed no fridge door. The list goes on and on. It's far from being a quality hotel, it's untrue.

The resort features a private beach and numerous pools. Expansive grounds present lovely rock formations. Free valet parking is provided, and a lazy river offers relaxation, so I thought.

Customer service, I noticed, was wonderful and the people were friendly. Whenever I wanted something, they were there to support, which mattered.
