beautiful setup child gift suite snack
The hotel has a BEAUTIFUL setup for families. I noted the gifts for my little one in the suite. The gifts included child-sized slippers, a stuffed toy, and a puzzle. There was even her baby toothbrush, toothpaste, and snacks.
I was charged more than agreed. Reception staff attributed it to bank charges. They didn't ask my preferred currency first.

the staff were wonderful and always willing to accommodate our requests. i particularly loved how close the private beach was. they were attentive to my dietary requirements in al samar lounge.
the hotel ambiance sometimes smelled like cooking food in the lobby.

excellent hotel with great service
clean beach amazing facilities two sinks
i stayed in an ocean view club room. the room was cleaned twice daily, and toiletries were replaced. the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. two sinks were very useful. we had access to wild wadi water park and used some spa facilities.
the breakfast selection in the club lounge could have had more variety.
