The hotel has a BEAUTIFUL setup for families. I noted the gifts for my little one in the suite. The gifts included child-sized slippers, a stuffed toy, and a puzzle. There was even her baby toothbrush, toothpaste, and snacks.
I was charged more than agreed. Reception staff attributed it to bank charges. They didn't ask my preferred currency first.

i stayed in an ocean view club room. the room was cleaned twice daily, and toiletries were replaced. the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. two sinks were very useful. we had access to wild wadi water park and used some spa facilities.
the breakfast selection in the club lounge could have had more variety.
