My Malakiya 2-Bedroom Complimentary Aperitifs Exclusive Pools Villa Butler Airport Transfer included comfortable beds. Housekeeping ensured fresh linens were provided daily. The butler service was efficient. Every request was handled quickly. Airport transfer was smooth and timely.

spacious room fresh option quiet area
the room was spacious. it included two separate sinks in the bathroom. the rainfall shower was a nice feature. the breakfast offered fresh cooked options daily. olga, gigi, delore, ashu, and rahul were part of the wonderful team. the variety was great. the grounds are beautifully maintained. i enjoyed relaxing walks. the surrounding areas were quiet.
beach service had issues , i frequently had to chase for items. i also had to ask for the parasol to be opened.

room layout good water pressure well-kept ground beach service frustrating manager hot sun
the room had a fabulous layout. the shower and bath area was really well designed. I was impressed with the water pressure too! the grounds are amazingly well kept. The whole lagoon is fantastically well set up.
The beach service had some issues. Frequently i had to ask for the parasol to be opened! i did not want to sit under the blazing hot sun. the manager did not help with the issues. He provided no gesture of goodwill. it was frustrating!

luxurious retreat with attentive service
comfortable bed sitting area outdoor area housekeeping team
The room had a comfortable, huge bed and a sitting area. a nice outdoor area allowed peacocks and peahens to wander past. gondolas provided a relaxing way to navigate the complex. golf carts offered transport to specific locations. the housekeeping team replenished items quickly. It was appreciated.
the sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm. this time was inconvenient, very few people are ready for dinner so early.

the full buffet breakfast presented options for everyone and maintained great quality. plenty of food choices existed for dinner. these choices include options over the ocean and within the complex.

The staff were helpful. valet service greeted with extreme politeness, helped with bags, and guided check-in. the e-butler service allowed convenient communication. This service, we loved the service.
