underwhelming stay
overcrowded breakfast area lacking atmosphere
the location being right on the beach was acceptable.
the breakfast area felt overcrowded, and finding a table each morning was a struggle. the quality did not feel like a genuine five-star experience as advertised. additionally, the restaurants lacked atmosphere, with many guests choosing to dine elsewhere in the evenings.

a pleasant experience
clean room friendly staff organized beach comfortable setting
the room was always clean and everything was comfortable. sabnam helped with housekeeping and she was very friendly. the pool and the beach were both pretty and well-organized. i will definitely come back with my family.
my room faced the sea, but the ac unit made a lot of noise.

the breakfast had great options with small daily changes and i liked the tasty dinner a la carte. the adults pool and the beach offered relaxation. parking near the hotel was easy.

the staff displayed sympathy, and their service stood out. i particularly remember mustapha, whose professionalism made a difference. he ensured every detail was perfect. i am grateful.

missing shower screen limited food selection
the room was acceptable with a nice view.
the shower lacked a screen, so water went everywhere. the rooftop bar started closing early, the staff began gathering cushions well before closing time. it made the atmosphere unwelcoming. the food selection at the buffet was limited compared to other hotels i visited.
