underwhelming service at high price
communication breakdown no answer
the hotel is undeniably beautiful and meticulously maintained.
i encountered several service failures. there was a communication breakdown between reservations and the front desk. despite prior communication, they were unaware of my special occasion and mixed up my name. i tried to call about it, but there was no answer.
