the landscaping was very nice the staff provided excellent service

my call was rejected three times i finally reached someone she was unhelpful she did not apologize for the inconvenience the pool was dirty it looked like gel and dirt floated in the water.

Check-in was smooth and I found a comfortable seating area. The villa was fine I thought. I was blown away by how beautifully designed the accommodation was. I appreciated that every staff member were great. They wanted to ensure our stay was flawless.

My call was rejected three times when I tried to contact the hotel. The representative was unhelpful and failed to apologize for the inconvenience. The pool was dirty I noticed. There was a mixture of gel and dirt floating in the water.
