The staff addressed requests promptly. I even received complimentary fruit and chocolates (a nice surprise!). The king beautiful room had a comfortable, large bed and the best pillows. The bathroom included lots of complimentary toiletries, refilled daily.

Housekeeping did not replace glasses in the room unless I asked.

she checked my arrival time to ensure the room was ready. she also met me in the lobby. the breakfast variety was perfect and i liked the takeaway coffee option. it was a lovely idea.

The reception staff was not friendly at all! there was no smile and no explanation of the hotel facilities. i had children with me and we received no assistance. they just gave us the key and told us to go to the room. I didn't know which floor it was.

The room I got was not worth the money. It was infested with mosquitoes and despite requesting it be sprayed down, they ignored my request. It was unpleasant to deal with the insects.

The room was quite clean and tidy. I'll give them that.

also, the mini-bar wasn't properly stocked, and when i called to request items, it took ages for them to arrive, and even then, they got the order wrong. the whole experience felt a bit slapdash.
