I loved the location. It is on the calm stem of the Palm. The monorail makes access easy. Nakheel Mall is directly opposite. The infinity pool includes a beach. Breakfast has numerous choices.

The location was okay with convenient access to the beach.
The room's condition was subpar. It needed updating. The food was a miss. It didn't cater well to Western palates and seemed repetitive. If you are traveling with kids and fussy eaters, I would not recommend the food here. The buffet restaurant felt too small for the number of guests. Honestly, I expected more for the price.

My room had some issues. The noisy air conditioning made sleep difficult. Also housekeeping barged in despite our clear request for privacy. I found this quite annoying, to be honest.

The staff were super lovely and helpful throughout my stay. Complimentary water was always available, a really nice touch. I especially enjoyed the food from the Indian restaurant. It tasted AMAZING!!!

the staff at reception was great. akram ensured we had a great stay. the hotel was clean and the grounds were lovely. the staff at the pool found us a bed and umbrella even when it was busy.
the carpet had noticeable stains. the light switches and air conditioning were difficult to use. the wardrobe lacked drawers or cubbies so i had to store folded clothing in the dresser.
