beach access working air-conditioning
the location was convenient with easy access to the beach. the room had an excellent shower and the ELEMIS brand shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided. the air conditioning worked very well, needed. also the pool was fabulous

Fantastic Getaway!
calm location easy access excellent pool many choices
I loved the location. It is on the calm stem of the Palm. The monorail makes access easy. Nakheel Mall is directly opposite. The infinity pool includes a beach. Breakfast has numerous choices.

The gym overlooks the palm and includes modern equipment. The infinity pool provides great views of the surrounding landscape. The lazy river is a relaxing feature for both adults and children.

noisy air conditioning intrusive housekeeping
The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I mean, it wasn't terrible.
My room had some issues. The noisy air conditioning made sleep difficult. Also housekeeping barged in despite our clear request for privacy. I found this quite annoying, to be honest.

Absolutely Great Stay!
helpful staff complimentary water tasty food
The staff were super lovely and helpful throughout my stay. Complimentary water was always available, a really nice touch. I especially enjoyed the food from the Indian restaurant. It tasted AMAZING!!!
I had to ask for extra towels one time. This was resolved quickly.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient spot for accessing nearby attractions. A mall is located directly across the street, a great benefit for shopping and dining options. Transportation is also very accessible from the hotel.

satisfactory experience
great staff lovely grounds attentive staff stained carpet difficult switches missing drawers
the staff at reception was great. akram ensured we had a great stay. the hotel was clean and the grounds were lovely. the staff at the pool found us a bed and umbrella even when it was busy.
the carpet had noticeable stains. the light switches and air conditioning were difficult to use. the wardrobe lacked drawers or cubbies so i had to store folded clothing in the dresser.
