The meticulous housekeeping impressed me and I found it consistent. Loveline greeted us at reception. Her courteous manner made check-in easy. Christian, Subrat, Richard, and Sanjitha offered excellent service each morning at the breakfast buffet.
I found the gym quite crowded during peak hours, so planning workouts required some patience.

The staff was always ready to help. i especially appreciated how clean my room was each day. The housekeeping team did an awesome job! And access to the surf pool and adventure park was super fun. the variety at breakfast was excellent. I found many delicious options daily.

fantastic service made my stay

christian was always cute. marima and asha assisted with any request. abhishek and azim provided perfect service. i say thank you to richard, azim, alvito, subrat, kajol and all the chefs for there delicious meals. beach guys fina, bryan, raju, and prithivi were also amazing.
the reception staff were unprofessional and created unnecessary drama about room availability. instead of providing solutions, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. their attitude alone ruined the entire experience. i do not recommend staying here.
