i stayed in a premier lagoon access room. i liked the fresh juices at breakfast a lot. the room had dilmah pyra pack teas also.

lagoon pools well-kept beach slow service price point
The lagoon pools were very beautiful. I liked the fact that the beach was well kept. (It was easy to find a spot.) The main pool was fun for the whole family.
I found the service a bit slow. It felt non special considering the price point for the villa. I called and nobody answered the phone. They sent email apologies, not satisfactory.

disorganized check-in obstructed view
My stay had some notable hiccups. The check-in process felt disorganized (it took almost an hour to sort out my reservation). It was hardly the tranquil scene I'd anticipated. The service at the pool bar was slow. I often waited an unreasonable amount of time for drinks.

The premier lagoon access room was fantastic. It offered easy access to the lagoon. the staff were friendly and helpful. i dined at mekong and enjoyed it so much, i recommend it.

overpriced food noisy environment
i found some aspects disappointing. the beach house restaurant was subpar with overpriced food. the noise level detracted from the experience, especially with many children lacking etiquette. (it seemed some parents did not enforce consideration for other guests).

direct access numerous pools attentive staff
i appreciated the direct lagoon access from my room. the pools are numerous and well-kept. the staff were professional and attentive (i especially enjoyed their recommendations for local dining).
