The hotel offered direct access to the metro system. this made traveling around very easy. the complimentary airport transfer was another convenience i appreciated, it made my arrival seamless. the suite i stayed in had panoramic views of the skyline. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning.
i experienced slow response times from the concierge staff. this was frustrating when i needed quick assistance. the hotel room had some issues. these issues were never addressed, affecting my overall satisfaction with the stay.

The executive suite was spacious, it featured large windows. these windows displayed panoramic views, it allowed for ample natural light throughout the day. The panoramic views were magnificent. the bed was comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights.

The location worked well enough, mostly cause it was easy to get to the Museum of the Future directly without roasting in the sun.
My room sure was something. The furniture looked straight out of a catalog from 1995, all worn out and sad, so it did not scream luxury at all. The service folks acted like doing their job was a personal favor. I waited almost an hour for someone to haul my stuff at checkout. No one seemed to care, let alone apologize for the mess.

The staff was very polite. They were smiling and helpful at all times. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly twice a day. Staff always ensured we had enough water bottles. The breakfast and dinner options were diverse and quite tasty!!!
