Romantic getaway to a true gem
very nice servicesmall cake
The staff was very nice. Hyder. He even treated us to a small cake. It brightened our day. The wet deck service felt relaxing. I plan to return.

The music near the pool was a bit much. It was hard to relax with the constant loud beats (I'm not against music, but a bit of variety would be nice). the room service was slow on a couple of occasions. Waiting over an hour for a sandwich after a long day isn't exactly my idea of fun. Perhaps they could use an extra pair of hands in the kitchen?

i found the service really good. every staff member was gracious. i especially appreciated the warmth and consistency from the breakfast check-in team. also, the davines line for room amenities was a great addition.
the music was sometimes too loud! it made it difficult to relax completely.

I cannot say enough good things! Moses, Chidi, and Frankline always greeted us with smiles. They promptly arranged taxis and opened doors. Each. I will always remember their kindness. The whole team looked after us so well.
The music around the pool was sometimes a bit loud for me. But i still had a great time.

The beach area was amazing. The hotel maintained it well. breakfast featured a wide selection with healthy options available. comfortable beds were a highlight, and i slept soundly each night.
I found the check-in process to be very slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed.
