clean rooms and bathrooms were a plus. the rooms were modern with a touch of venetian elegance. i also appreciated the excellent air conditioning in both the rooms.
the stairs to the room were steep.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear noise from outside and adjacent rooms. this made getting a good night's sleep difficult. It was quite annoying. additionally, the staff did not inquire about my stay upon departure. This felt impersonal.

the staff was very friendly. the receptionist took my bags up and gave me helpful recommendations for local attractions. the room was clean. the decor had an interesting design.
the bed pillows were not comfortable. it was bearable, because it was only for one night. i specifically requested certain beds, but the hotel changed it without my consent. i ended up paying for a room that did not meet my needs.
