The daily cleaning was excellent and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast offered a very good selection of items. Reception staff were helpful at all times. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast when I had an early flight. The takeaway package was a nice touch.

The hotel is located conveniently between the city center and the beaches. The metro station is about ten minutes away, giving easy access to the city and other areas. Parking was available on the street nearby.

the room felt quite dated. peeling wallpaper was very visible. also, there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, i think this should be standard. i expected more from this type of hotel chain.

i was particularly impressed with the quick check-in process. the staff spoke english and were helpful. breakfast was fabulous with a wide array of choices. the room and bathroom included a safe, fridge, table ,and desk.
the hotel lacked an internal entrance to the parking area , the only access was from outside. this made it inconvenient , particularly during inclement weather.

the hotel had friendly staff, which i appreciated. every day, the cleaning service was very thorough. the location was good for getting to both the centre and the beach.
the room was too hot. a central ac was present, but it could not refresh the room effectively. the window needed to stay open all the time. the mattress looked old and torn.
