fitness room stationary bikes friendly staff dusty air vents rough towels tiny rooms
The fitness room had good equipment. it included three treadmills. it also had two stationary bikes. the breakfast was great and offered many choices! i liked the lady working there. the staff were courteous and professional. They seemed friendly to everyone.
The lobby wasn't air-conditioned. It was noticeable. the rooms felt tiny and beds had just a top sheet! air vents were dirty and dusty. towels felt rough to me.

broken air conditioning uninsulated room
the air conditioning, it barely worked. the ROOM was not very soundproofed. i could hear everything from the other rooms. this was not ideal.

malfunctioning safe thin walls
i encountered an issue with the safe in my room, it was not functioning upon arrival. this required me to contact reception. a technician had to be called to repair it. this delayed my schedule. the noise from nearby rooms was noticeable, particularly in the evenings. i could hear conversations and tv sounds. the walls seemed rather thin. this disturbed my sleep on a couple of nights.
